My approach.

I discovered through my learning and experience that we are all multidimensional and unique. It sounds so basic, right? But think of all the programming we receive regarding the “best” way to do life - eat these “best” foods, drink this much red wine, consume this many grams of protein, do this type of exercise for this many minutes, and have this many close friends in your social circle to achieve “optimal health”. All the information out there is overwhelming, confusing, and often contradictory. Worst of all, it puts us in a box.

There isn’t one diet, one lifestyle change, or one path to wellness. You are a unique energetic being with needs completely different from anyone else. With this in mind, I set out on a path of self-discovery to uncover my own unique needs, and have experienced significant growth.

My approach to working with you is to guide you on your own journey towards positive transformation. As your coach and guide, I’ll share my knowledge to co-create personalized actions based on your health goals, preferences, resources, and unique body to move you toward your ideal vision of health.

Dream it

If we could wave a magic wand and make your dreams come true, what would they be? How would you feel? How do you envision those dreams playing out in your life?

build it

What steps can you take to materialize your dreams? Do you see those steps clearly, or is the path blurry? What is getting in the way? Do you feel you need help in creating that path? How would it feel to be guided down it?

Grow it

What areas in your life need growth? How do you like to grow? What about growth is easy for you, and what about it is hard? How do you like to support your growth? What would it feel like to grow?
